Z Payments
Health Sciences Compensation Plan faculty members may receive incentive/bonus compensation also known as Z Payments. This incentive/bonus compensation is not covered compensation for University of California Retirement Plan. Departmental Implementing Procedures will describe the manner in which faculty members within a department, division, or Academic Programmatic Unit may earn incentive compensation beyond base and negotiated compensation, upon approval by the Dean.
