5 Year Review Process

UC Mandated 5-Year Review Process

The University of California mandates that each department/school undergo a five-year review per PPM 230-2. At UC San Diego Health Sciences, the formal review process is coordinated by the Vice Chancellor Health Sciences Academic Affairs unit, under the purview of the Senior Assistant Vice Chancellor and Assistant Vice Chancellor, and is considered a department/school review as well as a personnel review of the respective Chair/Dean.
