5 Year Review Process

UC Mandated Review Process

The University of California mandates that each department/school undergo a five-year review per PPM 230-2. At UC San Diego Health, the 5 year review process is coordinated by the Vice Chancellor Health Sciences Academic Affairs unit, under the purview of the Senior Assistant Vice Chancellor and Assistant Vice Chancellor, and is considered a department/school review as well as a personnel review of the respective Chair/Dean.
