This page provides information on how to initiate a Voluntary reduction in Effort or Involuntary Reduction in Effort using the new Voluntary Modification of Appointment Percentage (VMAP) process.
Please submit an employee’s involuntary reduction in effort via the ARC Service Now Voluntary Modification of Appointment Percentage (VMAP) submission form (link to portal) as soon as you become aware of an employee’s need to change their percentage effort. You can find more information about the submission form and step by step instructions here. Please leave a note in the Work notes section indicating that this is an involuntary reduction in time.
