Mid-Year Salary Changes

Mid-Year Salary Changes can be submitted when the department wishes to update a faculty member’s negotiated salary. The department will need to fill out a Mid-Year Salary Request form and submit the form to ARC by submitting a General Inquiry.

In the General Inquiry request, you will want to indicate that you are requesting a Change in Negotiated Salary and attach the form along with any memo or supporting documentation for VC/Dean approval.
Once ARC receives the request, we will assist in routing for VC/Dean approval. If we receive approval we will proceed with processing the request.

Please note that VC/Dean approval is needed if submitting request between 10/1 – 6/30. No VC approval is needed for changes effective 7/1 if submitting between 7/1 – 9/30.
