Mid-Year Salary Changes

Mid-Year Salary Changes may be submitted when a department needs to update a faculty member’s negotiated salary. Requests must be submitting using the Mid-Year Salary Change Request form.

Departments must include a clear explanation for the requested change and attach any required memo or supporting documentation for VC/Dean review.

Once ARC receives the request, a Payroll Management analyst will route it for VC/Dean approval, if required. After approval is received, ARC will proceed with processing.

VC/Dean approval requirements:

  • Approval is required for requests submitted between October 1 and June 30.
  • Approval is not required for changes effective July 1 when the request is submitted between July 1 and September 30.
